EHR Data Entry Specialist
Location: West LA
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: long-term temp (6-9 months and possibility to convert permanently)
Salary: $25/hr - $28/hr
Job Description:
* Assist with the implementation of EHR system.
* Validates the completeness of potential client data files using various techniques.
* Help manage data migration and integration processes.
* Become a subject matter expert on the EHR system and provide training and support to the eternal healthcare staff.
* Ensure system design requirements were aligned with workflows changes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with project managers to assess project scopes and timelines effectively.
* Analyze new functionalities in system updates, identifying impacts and opportunities for improvements.
* Works with internal business customers to define report and dashboard requirements for use in managing day to day operations more efficiently.
* Assists with the QC/Validation of the data currently being developed into the EHR system.
Knowledge and skills:
* Works with team in planning and executing business programs.
* Strives to become a Subject Matter Expert in the functional area required.
* Assists with the creation of Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials and other related documentations.
* At least 1 year experience in healthcare analyst role with EHR implementation
